Research Interest

Paleogeographic and structural evolution of passive margins with emphasis on the interplay between tectonics and stratigraphy; Qualitative and quantitative source-to-sink analysis of sediment-routing systems by utilizing sequence stratigraphy, thermochronology, geochronology, petrography & mineralogy and numerical modelling; CO2 capture, utilization and storage using e.g. deep saline aquifers.
