Research Interests

My current research interest focuses on paleoenvironmental and paleoecological reconstruction using benthic assemblages and taphonomy. Currently I’m working on a Pleistocene core drilled in the Al-Wajh lagoon. My main aim will be to reconstruct the evolution of the lagoonal environment during time and I will try to correlate changes in the organisms association with climatic changes.
