Mustafa Alkhowaildi, a Ph.D. Student from the DGYM group led by Prof. Bicheng Yan attended the Conference “Energy Group - CO2 Storage Efficiency: Challenges with standards and consistent inability estimations” organized by Geological Society Events, Energy Group at Burlington House, London in September.

The conference held on September 14th and 15th, 2023, aimed to bring together industry and academic experts to establish improved workflows or tables for calculating Storage Efficiency. The ultimate goal was to develop a set of procedures on how to define this number. It is crucial to develop guidelines on when it should be used.
