On May 3 2017, Dr. Sara Livazovic, a recent KAUST graduate (Ph.D., Chemistry) and Lab Equipment Assistant at ANPERC, received the KAUST Award for Excellence for her outstanding work in assisting the establishment and organizing the launch of the new center laboratory facility. Dr. Livazovic is the first employee in the history of ANPERC to be recognized for outstanding achievement. Dr. Livazovic recently departed ANPERC to begin a new career as a Senior Chemist with Dow Middle East Innovation Center at KAUST. Although we will we will miss her, we are proud of Dr. Livazovic and wish her a very bright future!
