Dr. Voskov former positions include: senior researcher at Stanford University, founder and chief technology officer of Rock Flow Dynamics company, chief engineer at YUKOS EP company, and leading engineer-mathematician at the Institute for Problems in Mechanics within the Russian Academy of Sciences.
