Eugenio Trumpy, Ph.D. in Earth Sciences, is a geologist and works as technologist at Institute of Geosciences and Earth Resources (IGG) of the National Research Council of Italy (CNR). His main research interests include geological and geophysical data integration for the assessment of geothermal resources and natural georesources in general. He is expert the geodata management, in spatial model implementation with GIS and 3D geological modelling. Since 2009 he is in charge of the maintenance, design and development of the Italian National Geothermal Database. He has more than 10 years of experience in geothermal energy and he has also contributed in National and European (FP7 and H2020) geothermal projects.
